Fall Brawl 2025 (the “Contest”) is open worldwide to individuals 18 years or older, or with parental/guardian consent if under 18. Entry requires completing the official BAD Outdoors Fall Brawl form and being a member of the BAD Outdoors Field Team Facebook Group.
Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, contractors, officers, or agents of BAD Outdoors and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to win.

By entering Fall Brawl, you fully and unconditionally agree to these Terms and Conditions and to abide by all decisions made by BAD Outdoors, which are final and binding.

The contest begins on July 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM EDT and ends on October 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM EDT.

Participants earn points for completing eligible actions. Every 50 points equals 1 entry into the end-of-contest prize drawing.

Action Points Earned

 - 🔔 Subscribe to BAD Outdoors on YouTube (screenshot proof): 100 points  

- 👍 Follow BAD Outdoors on Facebook (screenshot proof): 100 points  

- 📸 Follow BAD Outdoors on Instagram (screenshot proof): 100 points

-  💬 Watch an entire BAD Outdoors YouTube video (only video or long-form content—no points for Shorts; all videos are eligible) and like the video and leave a 5-word comment on what you liked most about this video: 15 points per eligible video  

- 💬 Leave a 5-word comment and like the post on BAD Outdoors Instagram or Facebook posts (only posts made in 2025 are eligible) about the post or what you like about it: 15 points per post

- 🤝 Recruit a new member to Fall Brawl: 25 points  
The new participant must fill out signup, list your name, and join the group.

- 🎁 Company contribution for Christmas in October (items/gift cards): 5 points per $1 contributed (points awarded only for items physically received by BAD Outdoors by September 15, 2025; anything received September 16 or later will not earn points for 2025 Fall Brawl)

- 🏈 Football Prediction Challenge:  
Each week, pick the winners of 10 college football games. You earn 10 points for each correct pick.  
For example, 5 out of 10 correct equals 50 points, 10 out of 10 equals 100 points, etc.

- 🏆 End-of-Contest Bonus:  
At the end of Fall Brawl, the top 10 people with the most cumulative correct football predictions will earn bonus points:  
🥇 1st place: 5,000 points  
🥈 2nd place: 3,750 points  
🥉 3rd place: 2,500 points  
4th–6th place: 1,875 points each  
7th–10th place: 1,250 points each

- 🦌 Submit a short video (less than 10 seconds) with your deer, bear, elk, or moose harvest: 250 points  
The video must be filmed selfie-style, showing both you and the animal at the same time while you are speaking. You must state what you got, the date, and that it’s for Fall Brawl.

- ⭐ Top 10 monthly contributors in The Field Team Group: 1,250 points each  
Top contributors are determined at the end of each month by Facebook, based on the post engagement you create here in The Field Team group and by commenting on other members’ posts.

- ⚡ Flash Points:  
Flash Point values will be announced at the time of each Flash Point challenge. 

• Most points (e.g., weekly picks, video comments, referrals) are tracked automatically, but you must include accurate username on Fall Brawl Signup for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
  ➤ If you do not enter correct username, your actions will not be tracked, and you will not receive points.
   
• For manual point activities (animal harvest video, social media follows, and weekly flash points):
   
  • You must post proof in the official Fall Brawl group post
     
  • Tag your Team Lead to have your points verified and applied
     

Weekly “Flash Point” bonus tasks will be announced in the BAD Outdoors Field Team group.
Participants must post screenshot proof in the designated group post and tag their Team Lead to receive 10–50 bonus points per challenge.

🚨 One entry per person only.
Anyone found entering with multiple accounts, emails, or false identities will be disqualified and forfeit all points and entries.

BAD Outdoors reserves the right to audit and disqualify entries deemed fraudulent, suspicious, or non-compliant.

BAD Outdoors reserves the right to:

• Adjust point values or rules at any time
   
• Disqualify participants abusing the system
   
• Terminate or suspend Fall Brawl 2025 at any point if:
   
  • Cheating, manipulation, or abuse is suspected
     
  • Technical or legal complications arise
     
  • Termination is deemed in the best interest of the BAD Outdoors brand and its community
     

We anticipate giving away over $25,000 in prizes, including outdoor gear, hunting accessories, and exclusive items from our partners.

Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Specific prizes and winner assignments are at the full discretion of BAD Outdoors.

At the conclusion of Fall Brawl, all entries earned will be multiplied based on the final team standings:

• 🥇 1st Place Team – 4× entry multiplier
   
• 🥈 2nd Place Team – 3× entry multiplier
   
• 🥉 3rd Place Team – 2× entry multiplier
   
• 🔹 4th Place Team – No multiplier (participants keep only the entries they personally earned)
   

Winners will be selected via random drawing after November 1, 2025.
Notifications will be made within 7 days via email or social media. Winners must respond within 7 days or forfeit their prize. Alternate winners may be selected if necessary.

By participating, you grant BAD Outdoors the right to use your name, photo, submitted videos, and likeness for promotional purposes across all platforms — with no additional compensation required.

BAD Outdoors and its affiliates are not responsible for:

• Lost, late, or untracked entries
   
• Platform outages, technical glitches, or human error
   
• Entries not received due to privacy settings, spam filters, or user error
   
• Any injury, loss, or damage related to participation or prize use
   

Fall Brawl 2025 is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.
All disputes must be resolved individually in a Tennessee court of competent jurisdiction.
By participating, you waive the right to bring claims as part of a class or seek punitive damages.

All participant information is collected solely for contest administration, communication, and prize delivery.
Your data will never be sold or shared outside of BAD Outdoors and its trusted partners.

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or any other third-party platform. All information is being submitted directly to BAD Outdoors.
